- Check-in is possible upon presentation of passport or driver's license.
- Check-in is carried out after full prepayment for the entire period of stay.
- You must vacate the apartment at the end of your stay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the receptionist in advance. Otherwise we do not guarantee prolongation of stay in the occupied apartment, but we can offer other variants of apartments.
- Check-in earlier than the time specified in the booking is possible if the apartment is not occupied.
- Payment is made for the apartment as a whole, regardless of the number of people.
- The maximum number of guests to be accommodated in one apartment is determined by the number of beds in the apartment. Guests with small children are excluded.
- Animals are not allowed in the apartments.
- Fire safety precautions must be observed. Please turn off lights and electrical appliances during your absence.
- Please take care of your belongings and objects provided for temporary use. The guest is liable for any damage caused.

- When vacating the apartment, the client is obliged to close the front door.
- If a guest repeatedly violates the internal rules of living in the Aparthotel, which leads to material losses or creates inconvenience for the residents of the building, the Aparthotel has the right to evict without refund.
- If a guest leaves the Aparthotel before the check-out date, the amount paid by the guest at check-in will not be refunded. The check-out date is additionally confirmed by the guest at check-in.
- The Aparthotel is not responsible for the safety of the guest's belongings in the room.
- In case of finding forgotten belongings, the Aparthotel is obliged to immediately notify the owner of the belongings. Forgotten items are stored in the Aparthotel administration.
